SUMMARY:Communication Strategies
DESCRIPTION:This event will take place ONLINE via MS Teams. A link will be 
 sent out to all registrants in advance of the workshop.\n\nCommunication is 
 key for great leadership. Leaders must continually evolve their 
 communication skills to lead their staff\, work with with boards\, and 
 balance all the unique relationships within their community. This workshop 
 will focus on some very specific conversations required of leaders to 
 succeed. The conversations include: one-on-one staff check-ins\, 
 performance evaluations\, course corrections\, and release from employment. 
 We will also delve into helpful techniques for public speaking\, meeting 
 with boards\, and facilitating staff meetings. This workshop is for anyone 
 who is currently in a leadership role\, or is on track to lead people at 
 some point in their career. It will also be helpful to anyone who wants to 
 improve their overall communication skills. \n\nRegistration for this 
 online program is required in order to receive workshop login information.
