LCSM Screening: Wellsville

This September, we’re celebrating Library Card Sign-Up Month with a series of special community events, and we’d love your support in making them a success! STLS will host screenings of the PBS documentary Free for All: The Public Library across our five-county region. This award-winning film explores the rich history of libraries, from the 19th-century Free Library Movement to today’s conversations around funding, access, book bans, and digital equity. Each event will include a screening followed by a Q&A led by library directors, staff, and trustees from across the region.

Special Raffle!
To add some extra fun, we’ll be holding a raffle at each event for attendees who come dressed as their favorite literary character or librarian.
