Library Outreach to Plain Communities

How do we bring resources and services to people in our community who may never step through our library doors? Discover how you can reach the Plain communities in your area through the first-hand experience of a small, rural, public library in Wisconsin. By building relationships with local Amish and Mennonite communities, obtaining grant funding, and collaborating with other organizations, D.R. Moon Memorial Library Director Elizabeth Miniatt will detail how any library, no matter what size or budget, can start and grow a successful collaborative outreach program to these communities.

This workshop will not be recorded.
