Budgeting is a all year round process. It doesn't just start and end by creating a budget for the upcoming year, and then placing the budget on the shelf once approved by the board. Budgeting is an art form that can help boards and directors expand the capacity of your library, improve services to your community, and have meanIngful outcomes. This workshop will focus on the budgeting process, identify ways of improving your funding sources, and shed light on the step-by-step process of tax cap reporting.
